I have over 2 4 years’ experience to date including Oil &
Gas projects in both Australia and Russia, plus a range
of unique and varied major Civil Construction projects
throughout Australia, including pipelines, mines, major
motorways and dams. I am looking to continue my
career in the international market .

facilities . Overall AGPP complex is €11.5 billion ,
feed gas capacity 42 billion m3 of natural gas per

Responsibilities / Accountabilities
• All works for the main interconnecting,
process area and administration area pipe

• All works for the Inlet & Utilities areas
• 100,000m3 RCC, 42,000 tonnes of
structural steel, 1M WDI piping, 1100km E&I cables , modular buildings , stick -built building and finishing
works
• Leadi ng a multi -disciplinary and multi -cultural team to deliver the works
• Managing the Subcontractor teams (with over 4000 workers) to deliver the work with a high level of safety,
quality and according to the programme
• Interfacing with the General Contractor ( Nipigaz) and Owner (Gazprom) on a daily basis

Project description
EPC Project , located in the Actic circle (71 st
parallel) and includes many firsts of it’s kind in this
extreme environment. Modular construction , three
5.5 MTPA process train s. Extremely remote
location , only access to site by Air or Sea, with
icebreaker ships. Constrution at temperatures to
below -50o C.

• Primary modular E&I building modules on Site: Central Control Building & Phase 1 Substations including
Unplanned Carry -Over Works ( UCOW) in all discipline s (E&I, Architectural, Piping, HVAC , Architectural )
• Manag ed the EPC Construction Subcontract works for the Central Security Building plus other general
gatehouse/security buildings, including all disciplines
• Main E&I Cabling for the project during the first 12 months (approx. 300km)
• All module roads , permanent roads and finishing works throughout the Plant area
• Underground sewer/stormwater network . Approx. 22km of UG piping , including heat tracing network
• Managed 28 staff includ ing Civil, Building, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines

AUD$34Bn Ichthys LNG Project , two process
trains, expected to produce 8.4 mtpa of LNG and
1.6 mtpa of LPG.
Contract was for steel piling, earthworks,
chemical waste and drainage systems, roads
and paving, concrete and precast concrete
works, electrical and instrumentation cabling and
UG piping .
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
• Inlet, Utilities and Offsite Areas
• All earthworks and foundations in the Inlet,
Utilities and Offsite areas plus all concrete pavements throughout the plant. > 37,000m3 of structural
concrete works plus 250,000m2 of concrete paving works
• Coordination for all Civil works disciplines within the Inlet, Utilities and Offsite Areas
• Prioritisation of workflow and work fronts to achieve key project deliverables
• Managed over 60 staff at the peak of construction plus a large direct workforce.

includ ing 8 new bridges, 260,000m3

EPC Project , raising existing dam wall by 15m. Clay
core and rock fill embankment with concrete spillway
and two intake towers. 2 million m3 of earthworks

bentonite concrete cut -off wall to remove existing
and future dam safety issues.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
• Construction of the Saddle Dam, 1km long and
15m high embankment. 300m of earth fill clay
core embankment & 700m of rock fill clay core
embankment, 47,000m2 of foundation
preparation, 13,000 lm of grout curtain, filter blankets, filter chimneys and filter drain construction
• Construction & design coordination of a 'plastic concrete' cut off wall, approx. 230m long, 0.8m thick and up
to 50m deep. First of its type in Australia and one of very few in the world constructed within an
operational (and full) dam
• External road infrastructure , intersection upgrades and two new public boat ramps
• Subcontractor management, including a $30M Sub -Alliance contract and several other complete package
subcontracts

EPC Project for a dedicated pedestrian bridge with high
level architectural finishes . Completed within a ‘pure’
Alliance framework and included selection of a design,
agreeing a Target Cost Estimate (TCE) and completing
the detailed design and construction of the bridge.
Constructed above the busie st section of rail corridor in
the entire state rail network and involved numerous rail
closures.

• Responsible for agreeing the Target Cost Estimate (budget) for the project, including negotiating the final
