Build and maintain a large-scale seller-facing marketplace used by thousands of merchants, owning high-load
interfaces for product listing, inventory and order management.
Brought repeated page transitions down from 3+ seconds to around 0.5 seconds (roughly an 80% drop) by adding a
stale-while-revalidate caching layer, so cached data shows instantly while it revalidates in the background.
Built and shipped a partner-support tool embedded inside our CRM, connecting it through iframe and postMessage for
secure cross-origin communication between the CRM and the embedded app.
Fully rewrote the legacy JavaScript codebase to TypeScript, which cut a whole class of runtime errors and made the
code far easier to maintain.
Re-architected the frontend from a shared modular structure to Feature-Driven Development (FDD), which made the
codebase easier to scale and sped up the team.
Led the Vue 2 to Vue 3 migration on the Composition API, and moved the build from Webpack to Vite, cutting dev
start-up and rebuild times noticeably.
Interview frontend candidates for the company and mentor a junior developer through code reviews, pairing and
day-to-day guidance.

Designed and shipped core repository features: code comparison and diff views, webhook management, and full
CRUD for branches, commits and repositories.
Optimized rendering of performance-critical UI like large diffs and file trees, keeping the app responsive on big
repositories.
Built a theming system (Classic, Night, Automatic) on global design tokens and CSS variables, plus full
internationalization.
Helped shape frontend architecture decisions using SOLID, DRY, KISS and YAGNI to keep the codebase
maintainable long-term.
