Personal profile:
I am a chief expert with 16-year-experience in the sector of global and national university rankings at Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU), Russia, who is responsible for the operating processes and managing the tasks related to TPU positioning in international and national university rankings (2010-2013: in a one-person-team).
I am keen to develop a career in international projects management, bridging partners through efficient communication and results-driven actions.

Current Responsibilities:
* communication with university rankings teams (global and national); studying the new details within the rankings methodology changes;
* collection, calculation, verification, and submission the university data required for university rankings inclusion (global and national);
* provision of the results of world universities positioning in global and national university rankings - monitoring and analysis of university positions and the reasons for university positions changes;
* translation (English-Russian), monitoring of signing and payment procedures of agreements for international ranking service;
* work with international interactive data bases (data uploading and unloading, translation and interpretation) providing comparative analysis and benchmarking.

* 2013-2015: a member of U-Multirank (the initiative of the European Commission) Task Force, participating in discussion to define and sеlесtion idicators for U-Multirank ranking.
* 2011 - 2012: work on the assessment of a pilot model of Russian universities ranking developed by the National Fund on Human Resources Training, Russia, within the project "Developing and Evaluation of the Methodology for Academic Organizations Ranking".
* 2010 - 2012: a member of the Platform Group, Global Institutional Profiles Project, Institutional Research Unit, Thomson Reuters (the ex-data -provider for Times Higher Education, THE WUR) on the ranking methodology discussion.
* 2009-2011: initiated the work with world university rankings developers - Quacquarelli Symonds (UK) and the Times Higher Education magazine teams (UK) on TPU performance data collecting, provision and managing.
* 1995-1998, 2006-2009: maternity leaves
